Finding Books
Use your local library card to request a book from any library in the Upper Hudson Library System.
They will deliver it to you at your library!
To find a book that is "just right" for students to read on their own:
- pick a book that looks interesting
- read any page from the book
- if there are 5 or more words that you don't know, pick another book or ask a family member to read it to you
Check Out the Monthly Scholastic Book Order Flyers
Spend time with your child browsing the Scholastic book order flyers that come home in student folders each month.
